I’ve been tagged again which is probably a good thing since it’s been a while since I have posted. First, though, some news. We got our economic stimulus check in the mail last week! Yippee! I got to buy an external hard drive so that I can back-up all my precious pictures and scrap stuff! It was fun splurging on fun stuff for a week. Another bit of news is that I have added another blog. If you click scrap layouts at the top of this page, you will go to a page with a link to the new blog on it. A Meme to Update You!

Hi all!

I was tagged by Tara Sloan of Destiny Driven and I decided to do the meme because I’ve learned some stuff about myself recently that I can tell you! So, here it goes…

1. I was thinking about doing my masters, but I’m not going to because I don’t think the timing is right.

2. Many of the things I do, I do to fill a need. That means that if there is no need, I don’t do it even if it would be fun and beneficial. How dumb is that?

3. I have a Christian life coach and I LOVE her! I highly suggest that everyone think about getting a coach to challenge you to move forward in your life.

4. I’m a Lostie. It’s true.

5. Eating sugar makes me cranky. Weird, huh? And I love sugar!

6. I am more open to finding a new hobby than finishing projects I have already started in hobbies I already have!

7. We have been given about 15 boxes worth of books in the past 2 months. Some close friends are moving and my mom is moving from her trailer to only one room. That means I have books coming out of my ears! But I can’t wait to read them. They range from fiction to non-fiction to reference to Bibles.

I recently did a meme in which I told of how I was always told as a child that I looked like Molly Ringwald. Of course, she was older than I was. Doodaddy asked for a picture and I have finally found one! So, here is me looking like Molly Ringwald.

1. When I lived in Marion, Michigan in kindergarten through 4th grade, I remember being really popular. I’m pretty sure I remember right. I was never popular after that, tho.
2. I like to make these really awesome button necklaces and everyone really likes them. But I don’t make very many because I don’t have a good space to work at and 3 and 4 year old have grabby hands!
3. I just drank my first Mt. Dew in 2 years a few days ago. Bad, Elaine, bad!
4. I have a small collection of cattle. I have a bull from Spain and a Sabu from the Philippines.
5. I have never dared to dye my hair. I’m afraid the dye would change my strawberry blonde permanently. And I love my hair color.
6. My favorite cereal is Special K. Seriously, who knew it would taste so good? It’s especially good with a cut-up banana on the top, no sugar needed.
7. My favorite color is brown. It used to be light blue, but I think it’s brown now.
